Real Estate Property Managers

A planned lawn-care workflow for every managed rental.

QuickMow is preparing a managed-property pathway for rental addresses, access notes, planned service scope, completion evidence and invoice references. Booking, dispatch, payment and portfolio operations are not active yet.

Planned workflow

From launch interest to a future property record

The current step is registration of interest only. The operating workflow below remains subject to launch approval.

1

Register the property

Provide the address and a contact email for rollout planning without creating a booking.

2

Confirm future scope

When activated, the flow is intended to capture lawn size, service needs, access and agency references.

3

Keep records together

Future status, evidence and billing references are planned to stay attached to the correct property.

Designed for property management

Useful records without overstating current capability.

These are planned product capabilities, not a representation of an active portfolio, dispatch, invoice or integration service.

Register launch interest

Managed-property records

Keep each rental address, client reference, access note and planned service preference attached to the correct property.

Service evidence

Prepare for status updates, completion photos, provider notes and exceptions to remain connected to the property record.

Agency access

Plan role-appropriate access for authorised agency team members without exposing one property or organisation to another.

Invoice references

Carry approved property, client and purchase-order references into future billing records.

Issue follow-up

Keep any future service concern and its evidence attached to the relevant property and visit.

Portfolio growth

Support one or multiple managed properties while retaining a separate scope and record for every address.

PropertyMe status

No live PropertyMe connection

QuickMow has planned data mappings for managed-property workflows, but no direct PropertyMe integration is represented as active.

Future gated connectionPartner access, agency authorisation, minimum-data mappings, security checks and operational approval are required before any synchronisation.

Questions from property managers

Can I book a managed property now?+

No. Paid booking, dispatch and payment remain closed. Property managers can register launch interest for an address without creating a service request or availability promise.

Will QuickMow support multiple properties?+

That is the planned workflow. Each property will keep its own address, reference, access instructions, scope, service history and billing references when the managed-property service is activated.

Can I include access and purchase-order details?+

The planned intake supports property, client and purchase-order references plus gate, pet and on-site instructions. Do not send sensitive tenant information through the current interest form.

Will recurring lawn care be available?+

One-off and recurring preferences are planned, but no recurring service or capacity is currently available.

How will pricing and payment work?+

Owner-approved GST-inclusive residential launch prices are published for transparency. A future booking may proceed only after coverage, provider, capacity, quote and payment gates pass.

Is PropertyMe connected now?+

No. Direct synchronisation is not active. Any future connection requires partner access, agency authorisation, approved mappings and security verification.
