Privacy Notice

1. Current information collection

The pre-launch website may collect:

• an email address supplied for launch or waitlist contact;
• a property address, suburb, postcode and related Google Places identifier used to register area interest;
• the audience or enquiry type you select; and
• information you voluntarily include in an email enquiry.

2. How current information is used

QuickMow uses current submissions to record launch interest, understand requested areas, respond to enquiries, protect the service from abuse and prepare for a possible rollout. A waitlist record is not used to create a paid booking or provider assignment.

3. Public-site measurement

Non-essential public-page analytics is not currently enabled in this pre-launch build. Prepared measurement controls default to disabled and require explicit consent before an approved public-page event can be eligible. They exclude names, email, phone, addresses, booking or provider identifiers, free text, raw URLs and arbitrary query values. If measurement is activated later, you must be able to withdraw consent; withdrawal stops future non-essential measurement.

4. Service providers and sharing

Hosting, database and address-search suppliers may process the minimum information needed to operate the website and waitlist. QuickMow does not sell personal information. Current waitlist information is not shared with lawn-care providers for dispatch.

5. Sensitive information

Do not send payment-card details, identity documents, health information, NDIS plan documents or other sensitive records through the public waitlist or email. Participant- specific intake and consent controls are not active.

6. Future booking information

If paid booking is later activated, a legally reviewed privacy policy must describe the additional contact, property, booking, photo, payment, provider, communication and retention practices before those transactional uses begin.

7. Access, correction and contact

To ask about, correct or request deletion of information supplied through the current pre-launch pathway, contact marketing@quickmow.com.au. Requests remain subject to applicable Australian law and any lawful record-retention obligations.
