1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use QuickMow, we may collect:

• contact details such as your name, email address and mobile number;
• property details including the address, access information and photos you upload;
• booking details including selected services, preferences and notes;
• agency, property-management or organisation details where relevant; and
• information supplied through enquiries, provider applications or service feedback.

2. How we use information

We use information to check service availability, prepare pricing, process and manage bookings, communicate about requested work, support customers and service providers, issue invoices, protect the service from abuse and meet legal obligations. A booking can proceed only when the required coverage, capacity, provider and payment controls pass.

3. Service providers and sharing

We may share the minimum job-relevant information with an assigned independent service provider. We also use suppliers that support payments, business systems, email, address search, hosting and data storage. QuickMow does not sell personal information.

4. Payments and sensitive information

Card details are handled by the approved payment provider and should not be sent by email or entered into free-text fields. Do not send identity documents, health information, NDIS plan documents or other sensitive records unless QuickMow provides a specifically approved and protected collection pathway.

5. Photos and service records

Property photos may be used to assess scope, support service delivery and record completion. Photos are not used in public marketing with personal details attached without appropriate permission and internal approval.

6. Measurement and cookies

We use Google Analytics on public information and booking pages only if you accept analytics cookies. Google receives basic visit information, recognised marketing sources, page engagement, booking steps, quoted values in Australian dollars and booking outcomes, and may process it overseas. Quoted values and payment holds are not recorded as captured revenue. You can decline or withdraw consent using Analytics cookie settings. A separate, optional Google Ads measurement choice allows Google advertising cookies and sharing of ad-click identifiers and booking outcomes with Google to connect advertising visits to bookings. This option is off by default and requires analytics consent. Analytics-only visitors do not share ad-click identifiers. We do not use advertising personalisation or Google Signals. Measurement must not include names, contact details, property addresses, booking identifiers, free text, card or bank details, or provider identifiers. Withdrawing consent stops future non-essential measurement. Detailed Analytics event history is retained for up to 14 months; aggregated reports may be retained longer.

7. Storage, security and retention

QuickMow applies access controls and uses service suppliers to store and process information. Records are retained only for operational, legal, security and accounting purposes and are deleted or de-identified when no longer reasonably required.

To ask about, access, correct or request deletion of your personal information, contact admin@quickmow.com.au. Requests remain subject to applicable Australian law and lawful record-retention obligations.
