Frequently asked questions
These answers describe the planned launch and the current paused, waitlist-only state.
Launch status & pricing
Is QuickMow accepting paid bookings now?+
No. Online booking and payment remain closed while provider coverage, capability and capacity are verified. The current address pathway records optional waitlist interest only.
How will fixed pricing work?+
The owner-approved planned launch prices are Small $89, Standard $115 and Large $149, including GST. They cover residential properties up to the stated size limits, but they are not currently available for purchase.
Does joining the waitlist guarantee service?+
No. A waitlist entry does not create a booking, reserve capacity, assign a provider or promise a launch date.
What if my property is larger than 800sqm?+
Properties over 800sqm, hedging above two metres, severe overgrowth and unusual or commercial scopes require a separate assessment and sit outside the planned online fixed-price flow.
Planned service
What is planned in a standard mow?+
The planned standard scope includes mowing the selected lawn areas, trimming lawn edges and blowing down paths and hard surfaces. Mulched clippings are included.
What about long grass?+
Long and Super Long grass selections are planned. Super Long grass requires photos, and material condition differences must be reassessed before any future service proceeds.
What happens to grass clippings?+
Mulching is included in the planned standard mow. Garden/Green Bin and eligible offsite-removal options are separate planned selections.
Will recurring mowing be available?+
Weekly, fortnightly, every-three-weeks and monthly preferences are planned. No recurring service is active while bookings remain closed.
Which garden services are planned?+
The planned scope includes lawn weed spray, garden weed control, time-based hand weeding and eligible ground-level hedge trimming under two metres. Photo and safety checks apply where required.
Coverage, providers & contact
Which suburbs are active?+
No suburb is currently published as available for paid booking. QuickMow is preparing a Brisbane rollout and verifies coverage, provider capability and capacity before any area can open.
Who will perform the work?+
QuickMow plans to use approved independent Service Providers. Dispatch remains disabled until provider approval, insurance, compliance, coverage and job-specific eligibility checks are complete.
Can property managers and body corporate managers register?+
Yes. Managed-property teams may register launch interest, but the portfolio, booking, dispatch, invoice and integration workflows are not active services yet.
Is the NDIS pathway active?+
No. QuickMow is preparing registration and operating controls. NDIS-funded bookings and registered-provider claims remain disabled pending formal approval and readiness.
